Veterans and Energy Independence

Nice video and we learned about Explosively Formed Projectiles (EFP) which have been around since World War II and used by Hezbollah in the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict.

Breaking News: The OIL has shifted under your feet!:
Here’s the stunning fact: since 2004, the largest exporter of oil to the United States is not Saudi Arabia; it’s Canada.

The Saudis aren’t even the second largest exporter of oil to America anymore; Mexico passed them in 2009. Moreover (and here’s the second moment): in 2009, for the first time ever, Canada exported more oil to the U.S. than all Persian Gulf nations put together.

So is the connection between oil and our enemy really those who support Iran exports?

Break our addiction? How about freeing up natural resources?

Or maybe go after those Environmental Lawsuits Rake in Billions for Lawyers?

Passing a Clean Energy Climate Plan? How about passing a Energy Independence Plan and save lives and save jobs at the same time.

Cut our dependence on foreign oil in half? Oh those Canadians are so mean.

Why not have a returning veteran explaining how he is finding a job and helping his new company implement cost savings via "green" initiatives and improving the company's bottom line (profit)?
